D'ARC FOUNDATION

Opening of the D'ARC Foundation’s spaces and its permanent collection to the public

The D’ARC Foundation was established in 2024 as a center for contemporary art, in a unique setting in Rome’s Tiburtino district that brings together ancient and industrial archaeology. Founded as a private initiative by Giovanni and Clara Floridi, after more than 30 years of dedicated and discerning collecting, they chose to open their collection to the public.

The collection, comprising over 150 works, has been thoughtfully curated by Giuliana Benassi and installed in a former cement factory spanning more than 2,000 square meters.

The Foundation’s permanent collection features works by major national and international artists, offering a journey through 20th and 21st century art. Discover historically significant figures

such as Giulio Turcato, Jannis Kounellis, Alighiero Boetti, Anselm Kiefer, and Christo, alongside emerging voices including Giulia Cenci, Chiara Camoni, Emma Talbot, and Rashid Johnson.
