Mariarosaria Stigliano - Urbis somnia

Mariarosaria Stigliano presents a new exhibition at the Edarcom Europa gallery, featuring a new series dedicated to nighttime in cities, particularly Rome.

On Friday, October 24th, at 5:30 PM, the Edarcom Europa gallery at Via Macedonia 12 in Rome will open the solo exhibition by Mariarosaria Stigliano (Taranto, 1973), titled "Urbis Somnia," curated by Francesco Ciaffi and Alice Crisponi.

As the title suggests, the central theme of the exhibition, in keeping with the artist's well-known sensibility, will be a journey through the city's nocturnal atmospheres, a place that, through Mariarosaria Stigliano's lights and gestures, becomes both the object of dreams and the subject of dreams.

The exhibition, open to the public with free admission until Saturday, November 8th, is part of the calendar of events for the tenth edition of Rome Art Week. A large group of works created specifically for this important event is dedicated to Rome, featuring some of its more or less well-known and magically depicted locations.

The opening toast will be kindly offered by the Raspo Urbano wine bar.
