The Importance of Listening
How difficult is it to create independent culture in Rome?
On the occasion of Rome Art Week, Fondazione Opera Lucifero presents a conversation exploring the experiences, challenges and perspectives of those who create and promote independent culture in Rome. Curators and organisers will discuss the importance of listening and the need to create spaces for dialogue, collaboration and experimentation beyond institutional circuits.
The event will be attended by Lorenzo Minio Paluello, Councillor of Rome’s First Municipality, and moderated by Giancarlino Benedetti Corcos. Photographs by artist Nicole Gunther will be exhibited for the occasion.
