On the occasion of Rome Art Week 2026, on Thursday October 22, from 6 PM, Caprioli Architetti opens the doors of its new Rome headquarters to the public with an event dedicated to the dialogue between architecture and contemporary art.
The evening will feature artist Jerico Cabrera Carandang, who has been invited to create a site-specific painting intervention on the studio’s large curved glass façade, which defines the main space. The work will take shape live during the event, temporarily transforming a transparent architectural element into a painted surface and creating a dialogue between gesture, space and light.
The live painting will be accompanied by the display of one of the artist’s works within the studio.
The event also marks the official opening of Caprioli Architetti’s new headquarters and represents the first step in a broader initiative aimed at establishing the studio as a place for exchange and cross-pollination between architecture, art, and contemporary culture.
