Odile Bellagamba was born in Brussels. She graduated from l'Université Libre de Bruxelles in Art History and Archeology (Contemporary Art division) with a dissertation on Giorgio De Chirico. After university, she obtained a diploma from the Institut Supérieur de Peinture "Vanderkeelen-Logelain", having mastered the ancient oil tecniques of false wood, false marbles and trompe-l'oeil.
She has been living in Rome for more than twenty years, and worked on numerous restoration and decoration sites. Ten years ago she embarked upon her painting career, always using oil on canevas.
Her first exhibition dates back to may 2011 and took place at "Gaspeldorenhof" in Brussels. Others followed: June 2014,personal exhibition organized by Caroline Bricmont for "Save the Date" at Genval and participation in a collective exhibition at the "Olivier Biltereyst" gallery. September 2014,participation in a collective exhibition " Les fetes romanes" organized yearly by the "Artothèque de Wolubilis". March 2016, personal exhibition at the " Didier Devillez" gallery. May 2017, personal exhibition at the "Ateler Neess".
