Ferdinando Fedele. Born on 1964 in Nocera Inferiore in the province of Salerno (Italy); He completed his art studies in Salerno and Florence; From 1995 to the present day he resides in Rome; He is currently professor of graphic art at the 'academy of fine arts in Rome; He has previously taught at the academies of Sassari, L'Aquila, Milan and Naples. Numerous and varied artistic experiences mainly with exhibitions and displays in public spaces and private galleries with mobile and fixed pictorial achievements (fresco), plastic and installation.

He currently creates digital works of medium and large format merging in them graphic, pictorial, plastic and installation research.

He detects everything he sees and finds along his sensitive path, of a certain everydayness, as evidenced by the works from 1995 onward, especially the Veronese stamp 1995, which he will later develop in the Dinner in Casa Levi at Lift gallery 2005. Later, he will take up the theme from an old postcard (the Napoleon series) already proposed at the Trifalco gallery in 1993 in Rome. And other things more.

Ferdinando Fedele, by now since '95, has been working on two fixed points: a portion of three-dimensional space, or at least related to it; and a profile, or an 'icon that wants to be above all a symbolic sign, referent to humanity and to what it does to escape itself.  (...) Ada Lombardi, text taken from “Ferdinando Fedele, Dinner in Casa Levi- Journey of humanity in a prepared elevator - Lift Gallery Rome, 2005.
