Fabiana Sepe, a Neapolitan visual artist based in Rome, explores the relationship between interiority, spirituality, and transformation. Her research develops at the intersection of matter and spirit, conceiving art as a tool for awareness and inner healing.

Her painting stems from the experience of the body and human fragility, with a special focus on female interiority, resilience, and invisible pain. Through acrylics, mixed media, textures, and material layering, she transforms emotions and memory into imagery where wounds can open to the possibility of light, grace, and rebirth.

In her works, the body, matter, and the symbolic dimension become transitional spaces between the visible and the invisible. Spirituality, deeply tied to her artistic practice, runs through her painterly gesture and translates into an intense visual language where pain and beauty, fragility and inner strength come together.

Her body of work includes cycles such as Metamorphica, dedicated to processes of inner metamorphosis, #NobodyIsWaste, You and Me, and Metamorphica II, as well as the project #PinnaCuore, in which a fish with a heart-shaped fin becomes a symbol of love, identity, and authenticity.

Throughout her exhibition career, she has participated in group shows and exhibitions in institutional spaces and galleries, including Palazzo Valentini, Spazio Europa, and Galleria Barattolo in Rome, as well as the "A. Sapone" Municipal Art Gallery in Gaeta. She has received honors including First Prize at "Amare con Arte" and Second Web Prize at the "Roma, Regina della Storia" award. In 2026, she was interviewed by the contemporary art magazine ArtistCloseUp.
