He graduated from the "Pier Luigi Nervi" art high school and later from the "Gino Severini" Mosaic Institute in Ravenna and the Academy of Fine Arts in Ravenna[1]. His artistic foundations were formed in the early 1980s, through study, research and personal experience, aimed at the knowledge and use of wood associated with industrial lacquers and resins.
He began his artistic research starting from the use of mosaic.
The use of wood as a mosaic tile is a clear reference to the Ravenna tradition, but also to masters of the past such as Giacomo Balla, Fortunato Depero, Enrico Baj and Bruno Munari.
