Mauro Molinari's extensive artistic career is caracterized by a succession of creative cycles, ranging from written painting and artist's book to textile design. Over the past two decades, his work has centered on portraying the city and its complex, chaotic humanity. He has participated in more than 1,600 exhibitions - both solo and group shows - in galleries and museum throughout Italy and abroad. His work has been introduced by prominent art critics, and several of his pieces are part of museum as well as public and private collections. Molinari is recognized as one of the pioneering figures of Fiber Art in Italy.
