Painter Egidijus Dapšas lives and works in Kaunas, Lithuania. He graduated St. Žukas Technical School of Arts (now Kaunas arts College). After his studies graduation, the artist worked for some time in an advertising agency, where he was engaged in wall painting and various other works. Six years later, the painter lived more in the business world and cars sport fields, where he had high achievements. Later, he entered the active world of art, where the main area of painting is gray, abstract philosophical paintings. The author has already formed a coherent style in his work. Now the painter is actively living an artistic life, he has already organized exhibitions: in the art gallery Paveikslai.lt gallery, participated in the international Kaunas arts festivals (2023,2024) participated in the international collective art exhibition in New York at the famous Artio gallery, where the painting work took third place place For the second year in a row, the author is participating in the international art competition "Luxembourg Art prize" (2022, 2023). Can't call this artist's paintings realistic. Although they are gray in color, they speak, philosophical, plastic and visual language.In the last years he was participates in the exhibitions in Poland, Switzerland.
