I have no academic training, I'm self-taught, I'm 64, and at the age of 25 I began doing mostly commissioned works for friends, acrylics on large canvases. From then on, painting has been a constant in my life, split in half with paid work. My approach to media is very instinctive; I never plan a work, I simply decide which materials to use. I convey emotions that are nothing more than a dialogue between the subconscious and the body. All this gives me a pleasant feeling of well-being.
