Maria Diana graduated in architecture at the Polytechnic of Turin , Maria Lai's student and great-granddoughter frequented her studio and followed her in numerous artistic interventions until the last years of her life.
After some professional in the artistic field and some participation in art exhibition, she dedicated herself to artistic research in the field of contemporary jewelry which today remains her main work activity.
From some years she has resumed research in the artistic field, mainly using high-temperature ceramic materials such as porcelain and stoneware.
Her works were recently presented at the Paris Art Biennal Revelations which took place at the Grand Palais in June 2023.
