Lawyer partner of the professional association “LS Lexjus Sinacta Florence” based in Florence and affiliated with the National Association “LS Lexjus Sinacta Lawyers and Chartered Accountants Associates.”

He deals, among other things, with art law, fashion law, cultural property law and aspects of copyright law, intellectual property and civil-commercial law, also connected with the world of art and collecting and fashion.

In particular, intellectual and industrial property law and so-called art and cultural heritage law by providing judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance in favor of both private individuals who own, possess or hold movable and immovable property of historical, artistic and archaeological interest, and public entities in charge of protecting and preserving cultural and artistic heritage. In the field of art law, advice is provided to private individuals, art galleries, and museum institutions on all aspects of the protection, circulation, and enhancement of works of art and cultural heritage. In the field of cultural heritage, the assistance deals with historical-artistic and landscape constraints, procedures for verifying the cultural interest of the property, authorization procedures for construction work on protected property, and reporting obligations aimed at the trade, sale and purchase of cultural property.

Among other things, it hosted the Artinstudio initiative, an exhibition event of contemporary artists.
