International collective exhibition

During the Rome Art Week, an event totally dedicated to contemporary art, with the aim of offering the public a vision of the contemporary art proposals of the Capital, the Il Leone Gallery wanted to create an event that represents an opportunity unique to give prominence to artists who want to emerge in this sector.
HORSES OF BATTAGLIA is an international exhibition that welcomes Italian and foreign artists from different countries, embracing multiple styles and genres and thus offering an overview of the techniques and expressive innovations introduced by contemporary creatives.
Through this event, each artist has the opportunity to exhibit their "workhorse", i.e. one or more works capable of fully representing their artistic research, their cultural path as well as the elements that distinguish that particular style.
Horses of Battle is therefore revealed as an original, lively and innovative event, the aim of which is to enhance the most significant works of the artistic production of each selected artist, ensuring that the observer is involved in the different artistic expressions in a mix of visual and emotional sensations.
The exhibition curated by FC Art Curator Events and Claudia Bevilacqua, with a critical presentation by the art historian and critic Francesca Callipari, will be open to visitors from 16 to 28 October at the Galleria Il Leone in Rome. Here the works of 24 artists will be physically exhibited, while another 10 artists will be presented in video-exhibition mode.

The critical presentation of the event and the award ceremony of the artists will be held on the last evening of the exhibition, i.e. October 28th from 6.00 pm with welcome cocktail, live music and professional photo shoot.
