(Sion, Switzerland 1978)
Born in Switzerland, she receives as a child the passion for painting from her father, Augusto Gianesini, a painter himself.
In 2002, she moves to Rome where she starts painting and studying with artists from different backgrounds. Oil, pastels, watercolours, charcoal, and luminescence, every technique is interesting for her to experiment. Light and movement are at the core of her work. Either the city architecture and nature inspire her, whether she works in Italy or in her Swiss mountains.
Since June 2022 she opens her own studio in the heart of Garbatella (Piazza Sauli 5), where she paints, shows her work and hosts workshops, exhibitions and art courses.
On the occasion of the seventh edition of RAW, she is promoting together with the Spiritree association, a collective exhibition of artists in Garbatella.
The exhibition will host the works of several artists called Circo Ciruito, in the two studios, in Piazza Vallauri 5 and in Piazza Sauli 5, both open every evening from 26 to 29 October from 4 to 8 pm. Admission is free.
