Martivs Private Suites Rome is a unique luxury hotel. Located just steps from the Pantheon , inside Palazzo Lavaggi, an 18th-century residence, the hotel boasts ceilings with authentic frescoes that lend elegance and sophistication to our Suites.

The Hotel has 19 Suites, all unique, each with different characteristics. The Martivs was recently renovated by Giammetta Architects, who have managed to combine the historicity of the building with the demands associated with luxury, while maintaining a sober and refined style line. Some Suite categories have a Jacuzzi spa inside where you can enjoy a unique and exclusive experience. The strength of the hotel is the guarantee of privacy, security and a "tailor made" service to meet guests' needs to the fullest.

Our staff is h24 fully available to Guests for needs such as restaurant reservations, tours, papal audiences, cooking classes, wine tasting and excursions outside the city.

The elegant and majestic Presidential SPA Suites, with an internal space of 75 square meters, are characterized by frescoed ceilings and refined and luxurious furnishings that make it unique. The Suite includes a king-size double bed, a comfortable living area with sofas, armchairs and a bar cabinet, all created by the best Italian craftsmen. From inside the bathroom you can admire the frescoed ceiling, thanks to a an opening space created on the ceiling. The Presidential SPA has inside a Jacuzzi cabin with a Turkish bath and an emotional shower where you can relax. All the products of the courtesy line are from the Italian fashion designer Laura Biagiotti.
Each elegant Deluxe Suite (60 sqm) is a large and luxurious space equipped with the best comforts, which make every stay special and exclusive. The original ceilings are one of the most fascinating features together with the unique design that distinguishes each piece of furniture: the king size double bed, the living area with sofas, armchairs and a bar cabinet. The bathroom, discreet and refined, with a large floor-level shower, is clad in precious marble in warm tones; the decorations in gold and copper leaf on the walls give an unmistakable aura of preciousness and refinement to the whole environment. An exclusive courtesy kit is available to Guests. The occupancy can be up to 3 Guests.
Our Superior Double Rooms are intimate interiors, with a refined design that creates a comfortable and cosy atmosphere. Their 25mq are occupied by king – size beds, television, free internet connection, coffee and tea machines and minibar. The elegant bathroom has an exclusive Ortigia courtesy kit for Guests.
Our Premium Rooms are bright and spacious (35sqm) and overlook the rooftops of Rione Campo Marzio, one of Rome's most charming spots. The original frescoes on the ceilings and the warm and luxurious furnishings make it an exclusive and elegant environment, equipped with every comfort, ensuring each guest an unforgettable stay.

The spacious bathrooms are covered in precious marble in warm tones and decorated with gold and copper leaf; also, they’re equipped with a walk-through shower, two distinct washbasins in fine porcelain and an exclusive line of Ortigia products available to Guests.
The Martius Private Suites has always demonstrated its strong support for the most interesting contemporary, established or emerging local artists: temporary and permanent personal exhibitions enrich Suites and common spaces, creating a real tret d’union between art and hospitality.
