The project - Whole Other City.

The City of Rome during lockdown revealed by photographer Pino Mastrullo, through a 2020-2021 reportage. Unique places and extraordinary scenes.
Whole Other City.

It's the capital city of Italy who wants to be admired as it is, able to fascinate only with the sound of steps on deserted streets and places that meet the amazed eyes of unsuspecting passersby.

Freed from the traffic that usually suffocates it, Rome unveils a great beauty, able to inspire melancholy, but never sadness. There's a new etiquette the virus has imposed overnight: social distancing.

Rome is suddenly and wonderfully slow, captured by these pictures that catch the soul and then give it back to the city.

A journey in a big metropolis to be taken step by step, where every step is a picture. They are our past moments that in this project come back more real than ever.
